What is People Insights in Peoplebox?
People Insights is Peoplebox’s real-time analytics layer for engagement data. It takes responses from your engagement surveys and surfaces them as actionable insights by team, manager, department, tenure, and demographic so HR leaders can see exactly where problems are concentrated and act on them before they drive attrition.
How is this different from the Engagement Surveys page?
Engagement Surveys is where you build and run your surveys. People Insights is what you do with the data afterwards. Surveys collect the data. People Insights turns it into heatmaps, manager scores, segmented breakdowns, and benchmarked reports that tell you what to do next.
How often does the data update?
In real time. As employees respond, scores and heatmaps update immediately. You do not need to wait for a survey to close to start seeing where sentiment is trending.
